PlanGo New Zealand is committed to offering you a wide range of unique and valuable products at competitive prices by partnering with global merchants and artisans from around the world, including Thailand, Tibet, China, and India. Due to our international shipping model, please expect your order to arrive within 3-5 weeks. We understand your excitement and urge you to be patient, as it may take time for your item to reach you.

Planning Ahead

If you require products for specific plans such as a trip, we strongly recommend ordering at least 5-6 weeks in advance. This will ensure that you receive your items in plenty of time for your departure.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All items purchased from PlanGo New Zealand are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. We suggest checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creating that order for the cancellation to be applied. Please immediately write to crew@plangonewzealand.com with the subject: CANCEL ORDER. If the item has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order.

Q: I have entered an incorrect address!

A: Don't panic but do send us an email immediately to crew@plangonewzealand.com with your order confirmation information and we will update it for you within 24 hours. If the product has already been shipped we cannot change the delivery address.
